Stir-fried Leeks and Dried Radish

Prepare ingredients, dried radish and chives,

After buying, choose the yellow leaves or old ones and throw them away. Wash and chop the leeks. Don't cut them too long; the chopped ones will be easy to cook.

Dried radishes are soaked in water to remove the salty taste, washed, drained, and chopped. The more chopped the better.

Tips:
1. Stir-fry dried radishes on low heat to get the flavor; 2. Salty dried radishes, which have a lot of saltiness, do not need to add salt when frying the leeks; 3. Add the leeks to high heat and stir fry so that the leeks are fragrant.
