Stir-fried Leishan with Chinese Chives

Ingredients: Leishan, Wangchao (washed and blanched), Chinese chives (washed and cut into sections)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the blanched Wangchao on the cutting board and cut open, set aside

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 5 minutes.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched bamboo shoots and the sliced Wangchao and stir fry.

Next, stir in the sliced leeks and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.
10.
Saute and stir well, serve.
