Stir-fried Leishan with Pickled Vegetable and Broad Beans

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, broad bean meat (washed), pickled vegetables (washed and chopped)

Peel the bamboo shoots and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the washed broad bean meat and the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.
