Stir-fried Leishan with Pork Belly

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, cooked pork belly (shredded), pickled vegetables (washed and chopped)

Peel the bamboo shoots and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Afterwards, put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut cooked pork belly and stir fry.

Then, stir-fry the blanched bamboo shoots and the sliced pickled vegetables.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
