Stir-fried Lettuce Leaves

Wash the lettuce leaves and control water.

Scallion garlic and red pepper set aside.
3.
Cut the lettuce leaves into large sections.
4.
The scallions, garlic and red pepper are replaced with a knife and served on a plate.
5.
Heat oil in a pot, add shallots, garlic, red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add lettuce leaves and stir fry.
7.
Just add salt to taste.
