Stir-fried Lettuce Leaves with Garlic

Fresh lettuce leaves.

Soak in rice water for half an hour. (Retained when washing rice) You can not soak if you don't have time.

Cut the washed lettuce leaves into sections.

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and dried red pepper (forgot to pat) until fragrant.

Pour the lettuce leaves and stir fry.

1 Use whatever oil you like.
