Stir-fried Lettuce Leaves with Garlic

1. Fresh lettuce leaves.

2. Soak in rice water for half an hour. (Retained when washing rice) You can not soak if you don't have time.

3. Cut the washed lettuce leaves into sections.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and dried red pepper (forgot to pat) until fragrant.

5. Pour the lettuce leaves and stir fry.

6. Stir-fry until the leaves are soft, add a proper amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.

Tips:

1 Use whatever oil you like.
2 Don't eat spicy food, don't put hot pepper or put less.
3Even if stir-fried vegetables without chicken essence, the taste is very good.
