Stir-fried Lettuce Leaves with Shrimp Skins

Ingredients: dried shrimp skin, lettuce leaves (washed)

Put the cleaned lettuce leaves on the cutting board and cut them.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut lettuce leaves and stir fry.

Then, add the shrimp skins and stir fry.

Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
6.
Stir-fry well and serve.
