Stir-fried Lettuce Pork Liver

Slice the lettuce and slice the pork liver into thin slices. Soak the liver in water with white vinegar for half an hour!

Rinse the pork liver soaked in white vinegar, add oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, ginger juice, light soy sauce, and starch to marinate for half an hour.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add garlic cloves and lettuce and fry until broken.
