Stir-fried Lettuce with Black Fungus and Hairy Crab

Ingredients: lettuce.

Hairy crabs (cooked).
3.
Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).
4.
Wash and remove the lettuce.
5.
Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Dig the crab shells, remove the gills, and remove the crab bags from the hairy crabs on the chopping board and cut.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the hairy crabs and stir fry.

Then, combine the lettuce and black fungus and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and light soy sauce.
10.
Stir-fry well and serve.
