Stir-fried Lettuce with Garlic

Wash the lettuce and drip dry. Put the chopped garlic together with the oily salt and soy sauce.

Heat up the wok, put some lard, and stir-fry the lettuce over high heat. Put cooking oil in a hot pan, put the seasonings down and stir fry until mature.

Put the lettuce and seasonings down and stir-fry evenly to start the pan.
Tips:
1 Stir-fry with lard is more fragrant and the color is brighter. 2Don't stir-fry the lettuce too well, otherwise the taste will be bad.
