Stir-fried Lettuce with Morels

Peel and wash lettuce.

Cut the lettuce into diamond-shaped slices, and cut the millet pepper into oblique sections.

The soaked morel mushrooms are appropriate.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, fry the ginger garlic and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add lettuce and millet pepper and stir fry twice.

Put in morel mushrooms.

Scoop in a spoonful of the settled water in which the morels are soaked, and stir fry for a minute or two.

Season with salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
