Stir-fried Lettuce with Salted Duck Egg and Yuba

1. Ingredients: lettuce (peeled, washed and sliced), yuba (soaked and cut into sections), cooked salted duck eggs.

2. Scoop out the yolk and egg whites of the cooked salted duck eggs and set aside.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the cut lettuce and stir fry.

4. Then, combine the yuba and add an appropriate amount of water.

5. Stir fry.

6. Then, dig out the egg yolk and egg whites and stir fry.

7. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

8. Add the right amount of MSG.

9. Stir-fry well and serve.
