Stir-fried Lettuce with Yam

Put cold water in a basin, pour a spoonful of white vinegar, wear gloves, peel the yam and cut into diamond-shaped thin slices, soak in water for about 10 minutes, peel the lettuce and cut the carrot into diamond-shaped thin slices, mince garlic and shallots for later use

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shallots and garlic to the pan to create a fragrance.
Add the carrots and sauté slightly over medium heat.
Remove the yam with a colander from the water basin, drain, but do not need to drain too much, add the yam lettuce and stir-fry for two minutes. If there is a dry pot during frying, pour a little water.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and stir to taste before serving. (It is best to add salt according to your own taste)
