Stir-fried Liangpi

1. Pick and wash bean sprouts, wash and shred oyster mushrooms, and shred green peppers.

2. Sliced ham sausage.

3. Fenpi cut into pieces.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and add bean sprouts, peppers, and oyster mushrooms.
