Stir-fried Lily with Celery
1.
Remove the tendons of celery (tear off the old tendons from the top or bottom along the celery stalks) and wash.
2.
Cut small sections with an oblique knife for later use.
3.
Add some red pepper to match the color.
4.
Fresh washed lilies. (There is mud, it needs to be washed off piece by piece.)
5.
Pour the oil from the pan, add the celery and red pepper and stir fry for a minute or two.
6.
Pour in the lily and stir fry.
7.
Add a little salt and stir fry evenly. (This dish pays more attention to the original flavor, it should not be too salty or too much seasoning)
8.
Turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
1 Fresh lilies can be bought in some large supermarkets or online.
2If you have cashews, you can add some cashews.
3. Don't put too much oil and salt.
