Stir-fried Long Stalk Cabbage

Wash the long-stalked cabbage, tear it into sections by hand, control the water, and separate the stems and leaves.

Put the lard in a hot pan, and stir the minced garlic until fragrant.

Put in a vegetable stick, stir-fry softly over high heat.
4.
Add vegetable leaves and stir fry until soft.
5.
Add salt and stir fry for juice.
6.
Season with light soy sauce, stir and stir well.

Bowl.
