Stir-fried Loofah and Shrimp

Wash the prawns and peel off the shells, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread

Shred ginger, cut red pepper into large pieces, chop green onion, and slice garlic head for later use

Scrape off the skin after washing the loofah

Add some starch and knead the shrimp

Cut the loofah into hob pieces

Soak the fungus in advance

Pour oil in a hot pan, pour in the shrimps and stir-fry for a minute, then remove.

In another pot, preheat the pot and inject oil, add ginger, garlic, and dried red peppers and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour in the loofah and stir fry until slightly discolored and soft

Pour the shrimp and fungus and stir fry

Add salt, pepper and chicken essence to taste

Stir fry to taste, turn off the heat and serve
Tips:
1. Loofah is easy to change color, do not use iron pan and high temperature to fry loofah
2. Appropriate addition of starch to the shrimp can make the shrimp smooth and refreshing
