Stir-fried Loofah with Chopped Pepper

Prepare the ingredients: loofah, eggs, chopped pepper sauce, green onion ginger, salt, jiusan freshly squeezed soybean oil.

Wash the loofah, peel and cut the hob into pieces, chop the green onion and ginger, and knock the eggs into a bowl.

Tips:
Because the chopped pepper sauce is very salty, do not add salt or no salt.
