Stir-fried Loofah with Leek Sprouts and Pork Belly

Ingredients: Leek sprouts, loofah

Cooked pork belly (cut)

Peel the loofah and wash it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Wash and remove the leek sprouts.
6.
Cut into sections on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the loofah and leek sprouts and stir fry.
8.
Then, add the cooked pork belly and stir fry.
9.
Then, add some salt and light soy sauce.
10.
Stir-fry well and serve.
