Stir-fried Loofah with Oily Gluten

Prepared ingredients.

Oily gluten plus water soaks softly.
3.
Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the loofah and stir fry for dozens of seconds.

Add oily gluten, salt and stir well.
6.
Cover the pot and cook for about two to three minutes.
7.
Loofah oil and gluten finished!
Tips:
1. The oily gluten absorbs water first, or cuts it up and stir-fried it to avoid burning lumps, which makes it hard to bite.
2. There is no need to add water to this. The moisture in the loofah and oily gluten will burn out during the burning process, so the fire should not be too big when burning at the end.
