Stir-fried Loofah with Tomato

Loofah peeled and cut into hob blocks

Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, peel and cut into pieces
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic and sauté fragrant, stir-fry the tomatoes in the pan to make the red sauce
4.
Add the loofah and stir fry, cook a little water, cover the pot for 4 or 5 minutes until the loofah is cooked and soft
5.
Add salt to taste
