Stir-fried Loofah with Tomato and Bamboo Shoots

The loofah gourd is peeled off and cleaned, and then cut into hob blocks.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

The flat tip bamboo shoots are soaked in advance, rinsed and cut into small pieces.

Tips:
1. The flat-pointed bamboo shoots are dry and salty. Soak them in advance to make them soft. Firstly, they are easy to cook and secondly, the saltiness is removed.
2. The use of salt should be adjusted according to the amount of flat-pointed bamboo shoots and the time of soaking.
3. If you like to drink more water, you can add more water, because the soup made by adding flat-pointed bamboo shoots is very fresh.
