Stir-fried Loofah with Yuba

Ingredients: loofah.

Yuba (already soaked).

Kaiyang (already soaked).

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Peel the loofah and wash it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it into hob blocks.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut loofah and yuba and stir fry.

Then, add some water and stir fry.
9.
Then, combine the soaked open ocean, stir fry, and add some salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
