Stir-fried Lotus Root Strips

Rinse the lotus root and peel it off. Cut the vertical section of the lotus root into two, with the cut surface facing the cutting board. Start cutting from the right side to cut out long lotus root threads, so that the cut can avoid the lotus root holes and will not cut off.

Rinse the lotus root shreds with water and drain the lotus root powder on the surface, and sprinkle dried starch on the lotus root strips

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add the lotus root strips and fry until the surface of the lotus root strips turns yellow, then remove
