Stir-fried Lotus Root with Ham and Leek Flower

Ingredients: lotus root, chive flowers (cleaned and cut into sections), ham sausage (packed off)

Wash and peel the lotus root.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the peeled ham sausage on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the sliced lotus root and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until the lotus root is broken.

Then, combine the cut leek flowers and ham sausage and stir fry until the leek flowers are broken.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.
