Stir-fried Lotus Root with Red Kidney Beans

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Kidney beans are cooked. (Kidney beans are simmered in advance and frozen in the refrigerator.)

Wash the lotus root, peel and cut into cubes, wash off the surface starch with cold water.

Dice the radish and green pepper.
5.
Pick up the pan, add oil and star anise, and stir fry until fragrant.

Add radish and ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add lotus root, stir-fry, add a little water and simmer for two minutes.

When there is no water, add green pepper and green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance. Then add salt, pepper, chicken powder and a little water (diluted seasoning) and mix thoroughly.
9.
Add kidney beans and stir well.
10.
Stir-fried dishes.
11.
Served dishes.
Tips:
The kidney beans should be thawed naturally and washed with cold water. Note: Kidney bean grains contain a protease that can be destroyed at high temperatures and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
