My mother-in-law’s long cowpea grows so fast, a handful of them are picked up every day, fried cowpea, cowpea rice, and can’t be eaten in different ways. However, my baby doesn’t like fresh food, but loves pickled capers. .

Stir-fried Minced Pork with Capers

1. Rinse the capers and cut into cubes for later use.

Tips:

1. There are many additives in the market for tamarind beans, it is better to rinse, and then to wash away some salty taste.
2. The following oyster sauce is not a must, adjust according to your own taste.
