Stir-fried Minced Pork with Dried Bamboo Shoots and Capers

Soak the dried bamboo shoots and wash off the capers. Cut capers and dried bamboo into small pieces. Cut dried chili into small pieces, mince green onion and ginger.

Put oil in the pot, fry the chives, ginger, and dried red pepper.

Pour in the minced meat.

Stir-fry until the minced meat is oily, add capers and dried bamboo shoots.

Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.

Put in a little sugar.

Leave the lid on for 5 minutes, soak up the water, and season with salt.
