Stir-fried Minced Pork with Kale

Remove the roots of Chinese kale and wash

Separate the washed dried kale from the leaves, and cut the washed kale leaves

Chinese kale stalk slices
4.
Stir the minced meat into the soy sauce and stir well
5.
Add oil in the pot, add minced pork, ginger slices and dried Chinese kale, stir fry
6.
Add the vegetable leaves and stir fry, add a little salt at the end.
Tips:
Dried Chinese kale can be easily cooked in slices.
