Stir-fried Minced Pork with Sour Garlic Moss
1.
As shown in the picture (3-4 days of soaking garlic moss is most suitable for frying this dish without adding garlic moss. Because the garlic moss I soaked for more than 15 days is too sour, so I added raw garlic moss)
2.
Chopped pork belly into minced meat, minced garlic moss, chili and garlic
3.
Put the minced pork belly directly in the pot and stir fry
4.
Fry a lot of oil in the pan (if the pork belly is lean, you need to add some oil), pour some cooking wine and stir-fry dry
5.
Shovel the froth in the pot to one side, pour the garlic moss, chili and garlic diced on the other side and stir fry with a little salt
6.
Stir fry the minced pork and garlic moss until the water in the pan is completely dry, then add a little pepper powder and stir fry for a while.
Tips:
Stir-fried pork belly should not be greasy
