Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts

Rinse the mung bean sprouts you bought first with clean water several times to control the moisture; prepare the accessories and cut them for later use.

Heat up the pan and heat the oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and fry the peppercorns to create a fragrance.

Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry.

Stir-fry the mung bean sprouts for about two minutes. Season with salt and chicken bouillon. Finally, pour some vinegar and stir-fry evenly.
