Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Chopped Pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash the mung bean sprouts

2. Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices

3. Add oil to the pan to heat up, add chopped chili and stir-fry on low heat to make red oil

4. Add green onion and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry over high heat

6. Stir fry until the mung bean sprouts are broken and soft, ready to serve

Tips:

Stir-fry quickly, keep the bean sprouts crispy and tender. The chopped chili is salty, so you don’t need to add salt.
