Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Mushrooms and Peppers

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms (soaked, washed and cut open), hot peppers (washed and shredded), mung bean sprouts (washed)

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut peppers and mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, combine the cleaned mung bean sprouts and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
