Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Watermelon Peel

Ingredients: watermelon peel, mung bean sprouts (washed).

Wash the watermelon rind and remove it.

Put some watermelon flesh on the chopping board, peel off the crusty and cut into slices.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cleaned mung bean sprouts and the cut watermelon rind, stir fry until broken.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
