Stir-fried Mushroom Arctic Shrimp

Prepare all ingredients.

The arctic shrimp is thawed early.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces.
4.
Pour oil into the pot, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until slightly yellow and remove.

Add the Arctic shrimp and stir fry until the skin is slightly dry.

Raise a pot, pour oil, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add oyster sauce.

Pour in a little water, bring to a boil, add mushrooms.

Then add the Arctic shrimp. Stir-fry evenly and dry the broth.
Tips:
The Arctic shrimp itself is cooked, just stir-fry it slightly. Oyster sauce is very fresh and salty, so don't add any seasoning.
