Stir-fried Mushrooms

After washing the mushrooms, copy some with water

Prepare garnish, shrimp, sea eggplant, green pepper, red pepper, onion, parsley, garlic

Then put the shrimp and sea eggplant in. Stir fry a few more times, put the mushrooms, and stir fry over high heat. If the pot is a little dry in the middle, put a little water in it.
