Stir-fried Mushrooms with Carrots

Clean the fresh shiitake mushrooms and slice them;

Peel the carrots and cut into slightly wider strips;

Pour edible oil into the wok. After the oil is warm, add garlic cloves and ginger slices to stir up the aroma;

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until soft;

Add a teaspoon of oyster sauce and stir fry;

Add the sliced carrot sticks and stir fry a few times;
