Stir-fried Mushrooms with Green Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms with clean water first, and then soak them for more than half an hour until they are completely soft. Squeeze out the water and set aside

The soaked shiitake mushrooms are cut into thick shreds, and the garlic is cut into fine pieces and set aside.

Remove the old skin of the green bamboo shoots and cut the hob block for later use.

Put oil in the wok, heat up, add half of the garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add green bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry together.

After about 2 minutes, it is almost cooked. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Finally, add the remaining half of the minced garlic and a little parsley, turn off the heat and stir well.
Tips:
Dried shiitake mushrooms have a strong fragrance and taste better than fresh ones.
