Stir-fried Noodles with Lean Pork with Pickled Vegetables

1. Ingredients: gnocchi.

2. Lean shredded pork.

3. Pickled vegetables (cleaned).

4. Add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oil to the lean shredded pork, mix well, and set aside.

5. Wash the pickled vegetables to remove the water and squeeze it out.

6. Place on the chopping board and chop, set aside.
