Stir-fried Noodles with Pork Belly and Dried Leek

Hand-made noodles are boiled and dried, pork slices, dried tofu slices, chives slices

Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pan with cold oil until the flesh turns white

Add dried tofu and stir-fry until slightly yellow
