A delicacy that I often want to eat in our hometown.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Noodles with Pork Belly and Dried Leek

1. Hand-made noodles are boiled and dried, pork slices, dried tofu slices, chives slices

2. Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pan with cold oil until the flesh turns white

3. Add dried tofu and stir-fry until slightly yellow

4. Fry the hand-made noodles until evenly, stir fry for two to three minutes on high heat.

5. Add leeks and stir-fry evenly, add fish sauce, raw soy sauce to improve the flavor.

6. Finished and delicious.
