Stir-fried Oyster Mushrooms with Bacon

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove the water and set aside.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Cut bacon into sections and chop green onions.
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add the bacon and stir fry to get the oil out.

Pour in the chili and chopped green onion and stir fry for a while.

Add oyster mushrooms, oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper powder.
