Barbecuing is necessary, undoubtedly char-grilled oysters, but every time I have to pry open the shell, I find it troublesome. It’s also great to eat oyster meat directly, haha, and it’s easy to make.

Stir-fried Oysters

1. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Scallions should be chopped green onions.

3. To clean the oyster meat, put two slices of ginger in blanching water.

4. Pour the oil after heating the pan, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant when the oil is hot.

5. Stir fry the oyster meat after the garlic turns yellow.

6. Add the soy sauce and continue to stir fry, add the chopped green onion.

7. Stir fry twice to get out of the pot.
