Stir-fried Parsley

Wash the fragrant dried and parsley, shred the fragrant dried, and cut the parsley into sections. Shred the ginger and mince the garlic for later use.

Put oil in the pan, add shredded ginger, minced garlic, and peppercorns and fry until fragrant. Add the fragrant dry and fry for two minutes.

Add parsley and stir-fry for two minutes, add sesame oil, chicken essence, and salt to serve!
Tips:
The parsley leaves can be put in one minute before the pot starts to prevent the leaves from turning yellow.
