Stir-fried Pea Pods

Peel the peas, remove the old tendons on the ends and sides of the pods, wash, drain, and set aside

The pods gently tear off the inner dura mater

Put a little oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour the processed pods and peas into the pot and stir fry
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt and water, continue to stir fry evenly, then cover and simmer for two minutes

Stir-fry evenly, out of the pan
7.
The beans are tender and the pods are sweet and crisp
Tips:
The pods should choose the tender green ones, the yellow ones are not suitable for eating; the dura mater inside can be torn off gently, don't use too much force, otherwise it will not be easy to tear off.
