Kongming cuisine is a specialty of our Xiangyang. It’s said that it was invented by Kongming, and it’s delicious.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Pickles with Potato Shreds (kong Ming Cuisine)

1. Shred potato shreds, soak for a while

2. Shred pickles and green peppers, ready

3. Heat the pot, put cooking oil and green pepper

4. Put in pickles (the pickles can be soaked properly, a bit salty)

5. Add potato shreds and an appropriate amount of salt,

6. Put in the right amount of Nande when you are almost ready

7. Serve

Tips:

When the potato shreds are soaked and fried, they won't stick to the pan.
