Pleurotus eryngii is rich in meat and tender in taste. It is my favorite among all fungi, not one of them. I usually like to shred the pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry it with garlic and oyster sauce. 1. Wash the red pepper and dry it with water and cut it in half, do not use the pepper seeds; chop the garlic, wash the coriander and cut into small sections.
