Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash the red pepper and dry it with water and cut it in half, do not use the pepper seeds; chop the garlic, wash the coriander and cut into small sections.

Rinse the eryngii mushrooms with warm water and tear them into strips by hand

Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, add the pleurotus eryngii and quickly blanch the water and remove it. Squeeze the water for a while.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the pleurotus eryngii until the color is slightly golden.

In another oil pan, add the peppercorns and fry them to get a fragrance, then remove the peppercorns, add minced garlic and shredded pepper and stir fry them for a fragrance

Add shredded eryngii mushrooms, turn to low heat and stir fry evenly
7.
Season with oyster sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat
8.
Sprinkle with coriander and cooked white sesame seeds, mix well and serve
