Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash the pleurotus eryngii and carrots and divide them into two vertically, and cut into thin slices with an oblique knife. Cut the shallots into sections. Pour a small amount of edible oil into the pot, put the oil-heated shallots in and saute first, then pour in the pleurotus eryngii and carrot slices and stir fry.

Stir fry until the water comes out

Add salt, light soy sauce and a small amount of fresh vegetables or chicken essence to taste, add green peppers and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the green peppers until they are dead, turn off the heat and serve.
