Pleurotus eryngii, the way I make the most is to stir-fry it. It has a thicker taste and does not have a special taste like some mushrooms. It has a strong plasticity, but the meat and vegetables are entirely your preference. I think the ingredients are delicious when fried

Tips:

1. No need to drain the oil when the pot is cooked for the first time, and slowly force out the water inside
2. If you like to eat a little bit more drier, you can stir-fry the eryngii mushrooms for a longer time
3. In the end, you can also sprinkle some sesame seeds in it, it looks good and fragrant.
