Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Minced Meat Sauce

Prepare raw materials;

Tips:
1. Cut Pleurotus eryngii into pieces. The pieces should not be too small. Use more oil to fry them slightly. The volume of Pleurotus eryngii will shrink and some water will be lost, which is more conducive to absorbing the soup;
2. Stir-fry the minced meat with a little oil, add the minced green onion and ginger, and then add the bibimbap sauce and fry the minced meat;
3. Finally, add the newly prepared pleurotus eryngii, simmer, let them fully absorb the aroma of the minced meat soup, and then add an appropriate amount of salt seasoning.
