Stir-fried Plum Peas with Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients: plum peas, fresh mushrooms.

Chopped peppers.

Pick and wash the plum peas, remove and set aside.

Wash and remove the fresh mushrooms.
5.
Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Boil the plum beans in boiling water until cooked and remove.
7.
Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the blanched plum peas and the cut fresh mushrooms, and put an appropriate amount of chopped peppers.

Stir fry, add some salt.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
